    Rodney looks like a million bucks as of late. Anyone else notice his slick but not Cam Newton Pimp jacket, shirt and tie combinations? If I was going to copy anyone to look good that would be Rodney.

    I like how Rodney was arguing with Tirico at one point about what happened after a play.

    Titico mentioned Atlanta scoring before the half and getting the ball back in Q3 and scoring again like Belichick. Mr Potato Head Tony Dungy spoke right up to change the subject. Potato Head said that he and BB dont get along some time back after he quit coaching.

    Could you imagine both Romo And Harrison being the tandem in the booth? I'd actually enjoy the play calling as well as the reparte' between the two of them.

    Rodney has an edge to him whereas Romo is easy going.

    In October 2007, in Romo's second season as the starter, the 'Boys went into a MNF game as 11-point favorites and eked out a 25-24 win on a Nick Folk 53-yd FG as time expired. Romo threw 5 INT, including 2 pick-sixes.

    Coming off the field, Romo was buttonholed by the sideline reporter, who asked, "How does it feel to come away with a win after throwing 5 interceptions?"

    Romo chuckled and said, "Five? Really? I thought it was, like, twelve!", and then went on to praise "his guys" for bailing him out. There wasn't anything rehearsed or "canned". He was very self-effacing, friendly, enthusiastic and bantering with ease. The sideline reporter was the one who seemed like a stiff.

    Probably could have predicted Romo's move into the broadcast booth right then and there.

    Some people are just much better at speaking in public extemporaneously than others. For those "others", when it comes to the broadcast booth, those pre-game production meetings are partly for creating pre-scripted talking points so they'll always have something at least tangential to say - so that there's no dreaded "dead air".

    Romo is refreshing, not only because he knows his stuff, but because he doesn't need a script. Harrison is a lot like Romo. Witten is one of those "others" (for now). Fouts sticks to the script most of the time because he's an idiot.

    NBC's broadcast and production quality is far and away the best in the business NFL-wise IMO. Obviously Al Michaels is one of the best to do it and while I am not a big fan of Colinsworth (and his conflict of interest with PFF) I don't think he is as bad as everyone acts like he is. I think Rodney and Dungy do a great job pregame and at half time as well. The camera angles and views NBC has are much better than any of the other primetime broadcasts. On the other end of the spectrum the MNF crew is the worst I have seen since they experimented with Dennis Miller. It's a train wreck. Booger is blocking fans and seems to make a lot of hot takes while Witten butchers common phrases and offers no real value. Tessitoire isn't great and he seems to be the anti Mcdonough and gets excited and screams for absolutely everything.

    Miller truly sucked. Being obtuse isn't the same as being funny. If it were then mosslost would be the second coming of Richard Pryor.
