REPORT: Josh Allen is Dealing With An Elbow Injury

Players have gone on NFL Radio saying they are actively aiming for the throwing arm to avoid a penalty. Dak’s hand injury was a similar situation. Barrett could have clobbered him between the numbers, but went after the arm instead.

In any event, I should revise my earlier post to say that rotator cuff injuries and dislocations will probably happen more often than outright separations. Those in and of themselves can be bad.
My doctor told me many years ago that you can hurt your shoulder very easily, even if you lost your balance when walking and leaned into a wall. Having 200-350 lb players slam into you is much worse.

He's definitely a good runner but he does it far too often.
More than the frequency is the style of his running. He's very aggressive. He doesn't just look for some open yards then a slide, he takes way more contact than other running QBs.

In the Jets game he looked more like 2018 Josh Allen.

Quick…hide your tables! Bills fans aren’t going to take this news lightly!

Did we hear anything? Usually a minor or "dodged a bullet" prognosis comes out quickly.

He is a great runner from a talent and instinct standpoint but way too reckless for a player of his importance

I think so far all we have to go by is that he missed another practice today.

There is one Vegas insider I heard say that an inside source hints Allen will not be playing this week.

Take that for what it's worth. But it would explain the current Bills (-3.5) line. It opened close to a TD.

Case Kenum revenge game. No Allen this week.

I love Allen's attitude, but I hope they are cautious with his elbow. Allen might be his own worse enemy - remember when we were young and invincible?

Allen will NOT play this weekend. This statement will infuriate DaBruised

He is playing this weekend.
Have we seen anything remotely definitive on that in either direction? It feels like it'll remain a mystery until kickoff...

Surprised he is playing. Guess they are feeling the heat from KC.

Healthy or not I think Miami has been better than Buffalo this year.

If you have time, you should go back and watch that Bills vs Miami game.

Bills whipped Miami up and down the field. Bills had double the yardage. Double the first downs. More yards per play. Punted 4 less times than Miami. Double 3rd down conversion %. Etc.

It took an incredible set of circumstances for Miami to pull off an extremely improbable 2 point win.
