You want to get rid of Dallas’ rivalry with Washington, Philly and the Giants? Seriously? Lol!!

Dallas would be the only team from that division moving out but you've hit on why it would never happen. Owners like Jones and Mara wouldn't want to lose their divisional rivals. I've thought of keeping a rivalry game per team when considering this but Dallas keeps Washington and then the Eagles and Giants are pissed.

Dallas being in a division with Houston, Atlanta, NO, Miami and others would quickly develop regional rivalries.

BTW I flipping hate the NFCE so yes seriously breaking it up would be terrific. They put those games into primetime constantly even when the teams suck. They also act like games between those divisional foes are so great. Most of their games are pretty boring. There will be a great game available like Seattle vs GB and instead Fox gives the NE market the Giants vs Washington when both teams are mediocre at best. (This last part is a 5 year view. I know Seattle isn't what they have been recently.)

Moving the Jags to the AFCE

And

Moving the Dolphins to the AFCS
