It's an absolute disgrace, Pats1. I first heard about this from a fellow patsfan, and I turn on our so called "Local Sports Radio Station" to get an update and all they are talking about are the stinkin Red Sox and that loser Yankee team. Don't get me wrong I love the Sox, but I expect better than that from our local radio station. Thank God for you guys on line or I would know nothing about this.

Shame on WEEI and ESPN, IMHO.

This is just awful news. The kid was so young. It's just TRAGIC.

When Butch from the Cape died, they stopped the presses and did a whole show on him.. I @#$!@#$ hate WEEI and am so glad I stopped listening to them months ago.

As a father of 3 (my son is only 2 years younger than Marquise), my heart goes out to his mother and family. There can be no greater pain than a child lost too early. I can only pray that I never face that challenge. May god give her strength in her hour of need.

ESPN is worthless. All day (couldn't be by the computer) i kept it on ESPNEWS to find out updates on the Hill situation. All i get all day is the breaking story (both at the top of the hour and in the "breaking news" box) that they will carry every pitch that clemens will throw starting at 5. Boy with the media going crazy when the yanks pitcher dies, and now this....noone can defend the ESPN NY bias

I'm from the UK, and only heard about it recently, but when i first heard he was still alive. Just got the news, and i'm devastated.

Kinda hard to find the words to describe, and i didn't even know the fella. No doubt he'll be looking down on us working our way to the SB.

Not for nothing, but he was going to get cut this offseason. This makes the defensive line depth chart easier to manage, and is good news for Kareem Brown.

Don't pretend that you all loved him. He was a second round bust, and the subject of many fat jokes on this board. We all knew what he was, and there is no use trying to re-write history. He sucked yesterday, and being dead today doesn't change that.

RIP Marquise Hill--maybe you'll do better in heaven's D-line rotation.

Still, he was a classy guy and even better person. You are just jealous that he got the opertunity of playing in the NFL while you just created yourself in Madden pretending you were there. I really feel for him. Sometimes its more than football *******.
