I feel bad for them more than anything these days. Imagine spending the entire summer on here, trolling. Feet never touching grass during the nicest part of the year. No vacation. No time away. What a lonely and depressing life.

Yeah. I wasn’t here for most of the offseason, but the place seemed abnormally slow and stale when I came back and was catching up. Over-moderation, or selective moderation, will do that. It was basically just a bunch of posts with the same 10-15 people agreeing with one another. The same thing happened over at the planet back in the day before that board began a precipitous decline.

I agree with these predictions and going over on both. He hits 5K again. So many weapons and they all can't be defended at once.

As usual, health matters a lot and for a team like the Bucs I think injuries to the wrong people would damage them a lot more than they would for say, the Patriots. Godwin is also not going to be 100% to start the season. I also wouldn't count on Gronk to come back either as much as we all want to see it.

There’s, what, one single poster who genuinely dislikes and disparages Brady. One. There are a handful more who probably sell him short and don’t give him the credit he deserves, but I count exactly ONE (1) poster who actively dislikes and trolls Brady.

On the other hand, there are a minimum of 5 posters (likely closer to 8-10) who genuinely dislike Belichick and want to tell the world about it every waking second.

Bit of a false equivalence IMO. Belichick gets more sh*t here, both in terms of scope and severity, than Brady does. And there’s no good reason for it (nor is there any good reason to disparage Brady, either).

Sorry, I've been banned from Bucs threads plenty of times...the one guy who doesn't get punished is Venecol whose trolling is subtle but obvious.

I guess your post got deleted, @crawhammer. I saw it though. Mods should keep in mind that this is Ian’s board. They should also keep in mind that, aside from Reddit, the younger generations are not seeking out message boards like this anymore. So, if you want to turn the place into an echo chamber, that’s the fastest way to kill it. Only now, you won’t have new blood coming in to replace the members you lose because you deemed their difference of opinion as “trolling.”

Not so sure about that. The whole reason he lost that game was because he was constantly peeling his ass off the turf. Donald alone will wreak havoc on that IOL. I would bet Brady is texting Marpet at this point begging him to come out of retirement.
