So will we see a "Fire Bellichick" thread this week?
OR better yet "Time to start Etling"...

Entire organization should be ASHAMED of that abysmal “effort”...,.this team showed NO balls or fight at all today. F- starting with the coaching....clean house after this season

Pity for the many pats fans at the stadium...

Bye week come at the right moment

Lets relax a little bit and regroup

Not yet the end of the season amici miei

It'll be interesting to see Hogan's demands now that he's disappeared completely from the offense.

Anything less than a 5-1 finish is unacceptable when 4 of your games are against the afce.

Agree except for that @Miami game. That one is always weird. Could be an easy win or another stinker. The rest needs to be won.

Clean house? Care to offer specifics?

9-7 means the biggest end of year collapse in the BB era.

Possible, but highly unlikely

They went 2-4 to close out 2015, so that would mean it's tied.

I hate it. I hate watching this team struggle. Posters can call me a ledge jumper all they want, but the fact is this team has flaws and injuries. The injuries might heal up (DEAR GOD LET EDELMAN BE OK) but the big problems are still there. Can't consistently get off the field in 3rd down, horrible OL and DL slumps, and if Brady is off the rest of the team seems to just quit. I don't know what can be fixed and what can't. The last one is mental toughness, that it seems like too few of our guys have.

Ninkovich is the most boring person on Earth, I can't believe you listen to him

No lobstah with buttah this week

While I'm thinking about it, I just want to make a note about people *****ing about Brady's play, but I want to make it as a generality rather than game specific.

One of the real problems with listening to people *****ing about QBs is that fantasy football has turned so many fans into complete idiots. A few basics that I think people have thrown out the window in the fantasy football era are:

  1. All QBs throw incompletions. They are part of the game, and their mere happening does not a bad performance make (See Roethlisberger's perfect QB rating despite not having actually completed every pass he threw for an example).
  2. All QBs miss so-called "open" and even "wide open!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" receivers. Sometimes it's because of the play. Sometimes it's because of pattern progression. Sometimes it's from not reading properly. Sometimes it's from other things. The point is that the mere missing of a player who's supposedly open does not mean that a QB blew a play.
  3. All QBs eventually get sped up if the pass rush is successful enough. Whether it's pressure from inside (usually for pocket QBs) or pinching pressure from the outside (usually more for scrambling QBs), if a defense can get to the QB enough, the QB will start bailing out of plays early, because he knows (and sometimes just anticipates rather than actually knows) that he has to in order to avoid the pressure/hit/sack.
  4. All QBs are reliant on the talent around them being able to execute at least to some degree.

With Burkhead not contributing anything and consistently missing time at the moment he's not wrong.
He is.

They burned a #1 on a RB. They gave Burk decent money. They paid White. They gave Develin $. That is not being cheap.

He just a bitter, prima- donna athlete who felt entitled to more money.

Brady thrown 1 TD in last 3 games...

I don’t think anyone here can not feel like BB is coming to an end in his coaching career....and frankly....his relationship with Kraft, Brady, Guerrero etc is still not great....and his attitude and decision making in coaching this team still seems to reflect that...I think he’s ready to move on after this year and good for him....he is a legend....nothing else to prove....same thing for TFB.....greatest of all time....don’t want to see him get injured or take a head shot....I hope he gets out when he sees that he doesn’t have it anymore....and the team isn’t going to support him anymore.....sorry but you don’t surround and protect the goat with this steaming pile of dung OL.....

Having just made the post just above a bit, I do want to ask a Brady/Patriots-specific question that nobody here can answer, but I hope a media member will eventually ask TB12 and/or McDaniels/BB....

Why the hell is Dorsett not getting more time/targets?

Just a bad game all around. Credit to Tennessee though they came out to play. Sucks it was against an AFC opponent.
Tenn will be a powerhouse in a few years....watch out for Vrabel!!! Congrats Mike
