I don't see how Gronk retires. I just don't see it. He was healthy the last few weeks and into the playoffs. Gronk is still dominant and he showed you why he's still the best tight end in the league.

Because of what he's pointed out earlier- no one really gets what his body goes through. He clearly endured a lot of pain this year, and as he said, it was affecting him mentally. Even with how healthy you just said he is, he said he probably won't be able to walk today because of that hit he just took. He may not want to keep putting himself through this

Tom Brady stepped up when it mattered the most. The Pats had ~170 yards offense in the 4th quarter. Once the tone of the game was established in the 1st quarter, Brady/BB/JMD trusted the defense, and Brady waited out the Rams to make mistakes. The 'problem' was that the Rams kept on making defensive plays as well and not making mistakes.

To all the morons in the media criticizing Brady's stat line, Brady will do what is required to win. If that means playing conservative, managing the clock, wearing out the defense, and then sticking a dagger in their heart in the 4th quarter, that is what he will do.

Brady outlasted the Ram's defense, just like he outlasted the Seahawks and Falcons. He did what was required to win.

Still absolutely buzzing, got the whole game recorded to watch over and over.

Love all these salty/part-time fans all over Instagram calling it a snooze fest and worst Super Bowl ever as well, makes me laugh everytime. First of all it was a defensive masterclass (both teams) and we don’t give a f*ck if it’s boring as long as we win!!!
