We don't punt once in the previous SB and lose

So we switch it up and only let a single score all game next SB.

That's so frickin' impressive, my goodness.

Screw going to SB, the after parties is where it's at. :D

Just awesome. Defense wins Championships is still alive and well today.

Congrats to all of us for experiencing another spectacular run.

Well, in the Pats' case, Defense wins Championship, singular. But just like BB to zig when the league zags... "The year of the offense"

I dunno Lane Johnson, winning multiple Super Bowls looks pretty FUN!

That PBU by Jason McCourty on Cooks is one of the reasons I was not sad to see Cooks go. He is not a fighter, finesse player really. Can't go to these type of games with him and expect him to hang tough. Sean P knew it, BB saw it as well.

Certainly not at a market value contract.

I just want to say that I love all you beautiful bastards. I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of fellow fanatics to root along with and that even includes the GDT ****** All Stars.

i dont think you can blame that on cooks, he was wide open in end zone waiting for a ball that came entirely too late

he also proved to be the ONLY offensive weapon that worked for them, the reason we got rid of him was because we got a 1st in exchange and didn't have to pay up big money to a WR

that play is all about Jason not giving up, it's like the Ben Watson play, but was ruled correctly (or not ruled at all in this case) and ended up in a big Win

Jason was worth it this year for just that play alone

Just contemplating the fact that this team basically had one wide receiver.

Yup Hogan had 0 receptions on 6 targets. Imagine if Brady had more weapons? It would be 2007 again. LOL.

Still we won the Superbowl with a 6th round draft pick and a 7th round draft pick as the focus of our offense. Not bad drafting, now that's value! You gotta bet Brady and Edelman still play with a HUGE chip on their shoulders and they are Champions again! Wooo!!

I don't quite understand how Rams were #2 offense and no other coach was able to stop McVay's offensive schemes.

BB is truly a genius. McVay said he was out-coached and numb. He looked like he was in shock.

Go back to the rams/bears game earlier this season

Being disrespected again. Don't these fools ever learn? Patriots are now going to have to win #7 next year.

And even though to me, it seemed like Nantz and Romo wanted the Rams to prevail

I honestly didn't get that feeling. I just heard them rooting for any kind of offensive energy to the game during the long dry spells. The snarky "finally, some excitement!" about the punting record actually made me laugh.
