This was the point of the OP though. Nobody outside of Patriots fans really knew who he was nor did they think he was that good. He was very scheme dependent and wasn't missed when he left NE.I don’t what to say to that? The fact he was 2nd in the NCAA in his final year in QB pressures seems to be a pattern on what he did while with the Patriots. Obviously he wasn’t all pro but any level headed fan could see he was a good fit in our system. If they had a skill set like that combined with Judon and Barmore that would be a perfect piece. Overrated? Maybe? But it depends on if fans were thinking he was some kind of TJ Watt or if they saw him as similar as I did. A good player.
