Pats running game on pace to be the worst in the NFL in the last 10 years

You need a functional non musical chair OL for the run game to work. Continuity, which if you haven’t noticed we don’t have, is HUGE. Along with the talent gap, these 2 things are what make the run game work. Fact: the game is won in the trenches. They should have found a way to get a quality lineman this year. Not ones that are on the ass ends of their careers or unknowns. Who that could’ve been, I don’t know but needs to be addressed this coming draft. I’d say get 3 (at least) because of the possibility of some not working out. Not ones that have a huge injury history or will need a redshirt year to heal up. This team also misses Scar very much. Shame he didn’t have a nepo baby either…would’ve been great…

FWIW. Definitely a problem. He still looks slower to me. Creases look smaller when speed isn’t there.
