Re: Pats Inactive (Chad, Troy active)

doubt he comes back. hes lost a lot of playing time..the market for safeties is weak and we have his spots filled out

he'll make decent money elsewhere.. even though he hasnt played much this season

Read my post. I wrote "as a CB". It's his natural position - - he's small and quick for a safety.

Don't forget, the Pats drafted him AHEAD of Asante at CB in 2003.

He arguably was the most important rookie ever in the history of the New England Patriots for what he did.

Re: Pats Inactive (Chad, Troy active)

I agree.

I disagree with Pats1 saying "he sucks". Actually, I think it would be a great situation if the Pats can get him next year for low money as a CB (his natural position).

It was kind of a joke, though. Our friend Tom Casale is quoted as saying Geno is done in the NFL after this season.

Seems like Hobbs healthy too. Not dressing 3 db's.

Re: Pats Inactive (Chad, Troy active)

Considering Geno wasn't on the injury report, I think he just sucks.
he was pretty awful against the Giants...

Once again, as a Safety.

I'd like to see if he goes back to his natural CB position next year.
