I have the document of the complaint...for those interested.
I have e-mailed it to Ian as it is 19 pages long...there is no link.
Perhaps he can post it somewhere and/or convert it to make it more readable....I'm a noob in that area.
EDITED DUE TO DOCUMENT WILL SHOW UP SOON ON THIS SITE.
I sent it to Ian in (pdf) format ... as it was sent to me.
So...Hopefully he makes a sticky and posts it for us.
There is no link to the document itself unless you are a court site member.
A lawyer e-mailed it to me and i then e-mailed it to Ian.
It's 19 pages long and we can't post that many characters.
I actually had it laid out pretty good to give a synopsis but I was way over on the character limit ... that's why it's a hack job by me.
If I were a fan on that waiting list I would be very happy with this lawsuit,
getting 1st grabs on tickets to games over people with $$$ to burn .... seems fair to me.
I guess those not on the list will say it's unfair likewise.

You can get on the list easily enough. It costs a hundred bucks up front (only $25 when I did it), but the first time you get a $99 ticket for $99 + $9.40 from the Pats instead of $800.+ from StubHub, you save it and more, and on the way to the bank to deposit the rest of your $600 savings you may laugh at that QuiQui guy who said that Pats controlling tickets would result in higher prices for us.
