Jordan Richards should have been a special teams only player.
Not sure what this means. Every year we have a few posters who want to replace all the vets with rookies. Every year there is angst about how will we ever protect this or that rookie and every year all but maybe one aren’t picked up and end up on the practice squad or working at Dunkin.

Excited to see our OL/WR (especially in pressure situations) tested against that talented CAR front 4/secondary.

I don't get how this happens every single year and people never catch onto the pattern. The most egregious example I can think of was the year 75% of the forum decided TJ Moe, sight unseen, would be the next Welker.

Hell, we went through this with Wilkerson last year too and (surprise!) he made it through waivers. Even Myles Bryant has gotten through waivers multiple times.

Brown is so massive. Lol. Strange is a legit 6’5” and Trent makes him look small.
I thought I would be used to the height by now....nope. When you see him it's like "Wow!" Dude is huge.

It is odd that Bourne does not seem to be so active ?
The Bourne Redundancy?

Either they're not worried and want to see what else they've got, or they just brought in Parker for one of those "NFL-ready" spots. Agholar is apparently showing up as ready... of course, you need to show his readiness to trade him too lol.

Here's sportrac's read of the "potential out"

I’m starting to worry about Bourne. I thought he was the best receiver on the team last year and had high hopes for a breakout but it’s almost like he’s being phased out. I wonder if he’s the surprise odd man out at receiver.
Him and Meyers were 2(a) and 2(b), with nobody being 1.

You'd think they'd target him some if they were trying to figure out his ability to contribute (this argues for him being considered "in".)

His contract doesn't becomes super expensive in year 3 and he's playing like an NFL starting receiver. So standing pat isn't bad on Bourne from what we know...What's not to like? But we also don't know how often he's on the field and untargetable, in the process of reaping that 1 target.

And if we get a pick we like offered for him, do we have 3 or 4 other guys that can replace his production? That answer seems likely to be yes. In terms of a trade, unlike Agholar, Bourne doesn't have a crap 2021 to explain.

So my gut says wtf is not to like, of course he'll be fine... I just always try to figure out the other side of it too

There was a time a few years ago that we did lose a lot of our young players.

One year we lost two NFL corners to the Jets and Bears, and a solid special teams linebacker to the Eagles.

The Jets current punt returner was a forum binky.

They usually seem to be corners. Their was another one that played for Seattle we lost.

He is saying "Lots of Patriots doubt being peddled this offseason". How does he know this...or is it a typo ?

Lil' Richie ZeroBurger... The media's next Tool Chatham...?

Yeah it's a hot take. He barely played when he was with the Pats 12 years ago...should have been a special teams only player LOL.

You'd have to be asleep or dead not to know it.
They have to make a lot of cuts to get to 53 but he has no clue what the players are thinking. Lots of players SHOULD be concerned.

He’s saying that a lot of ppl are talking **** on the patriots, and warning folks against buying into it.

You had to remind us?
