And?It'd be hilarious if it turns out Tepper's wife was the early leak.

Compared to Simmons 1 week agoNot a fan at that money. He better have some serious production with that contract. He won't be playing along side Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis in New England.
What I'd like to know is how we plan to stop the run with pass rushing DTs and smaller quicker LBs. Where's our Jeffery Simmons?
Where does Keion White play?
I've said this in another thread a month or so ago, but this is a multi-year rebuild, which means you take the best things you can get with what's available, whether it's O or D, and worry about filling in specific holes next year. So far, I'm pretty satisfied, because they seem to be doing exactly that.
...and our draft capital ain't half bad.
This free agency has worked out great so far. Really gives the Pats a nice game plan going into the draft. Have a chance to concentrate solely on offense. Campbell, Simmons, Ersery, Membou. If they can land one of those with a trade back, sign a guard like Jackson or Ratledge with a center like Zabel or Wilson this o line will be back on track to have a bright future. Jalen Royals at wide out and Brashard Smith at RB would be a bonus for me.They still need an edge pass rusher, so Abdul Carter is a possibility as well.
Hoping for them to drop back and pick up a second rounder, then take Campbell/Membou, Tet McMillan or one of several DEs who are going 7-14.
Just wait till the draft.Only pompom-waving fanboys get all giddy over every move.
Lmao, funny how I was about 5 minutes behind you in posting nearly verbatim what you said.
Love the philosophy of signing defensive players. Shows me that, as much as they WANT to build around Maye on offense, they're putting their money towards the players that make sense. The crop of defensive FAs is much better than offense this year. It is what it is. Signing good defensive players is better than not as good offensive players over the long haul. It's not all going to be fixed in 1 year.
At this point we should be least concerned about the money players are being paid,.Not a fan at that money. He better have some serious production with that contract. He won't be playing along side Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis in New England.

Unlike you, I grew up.When did you become so fun?
Defenses that can move guys around on the DL offer nothing but opportunity. Further it takes away from opponent's practice time to account for that - last year opponents' could spend all scheme time on only exploiting the secondary since Gonzalez was the only real concern.Someone on here mentioned Williams can play on the end as well. Im not sure how accurate that is but that gives keion some opportunity to slide inside.
I say we draft another edge rusher fairly high anyway
Milton Williams - 6'3" 291
Jeffrey Simmons - 6'4" 304
I think Barmore will be fine. What was reported last week by breer was that people high up in the organization felt he was fast tracked to retuning to early last season. If Barmore is done, it's a mighty deep DL Draft (guys that could be studs could be found in the 3rd and 4th Rounds). Alfred Collins or Tyleik Williams anyone?
Nice. I heard something to that effect. I hope he makes a full recovery, not only for him and his family, but it would also help us greatly.I think Barmore will be fine. Always like to see the personal attacks against other posters, when nothing the team will makes you happy anyways. ;-)Unlike you, I grew up.
Yes absolutely his life is what is important. With a healthy Barmore we stand to have a dominant defense..Nice. I heard something to that effect. I hope he makes a full recovery, not only for him and his family, but it would also help us greatly.
