It's interesting that Meyers hasn't signed his RFA tender and isn't even on the official roster yet. Presumably, he's not practicing with the team today. We're now a month past the deadline to sign an offer sheet, which obviously wasn't happening on the 2nd round tender. Some valid reasons I could see for not signing it yet would be to try to negotiate a better contract with the team, to avoid being traded without his input, or just to skip offseason work without being fined.

Just kidding! Meyers is out there, so either he signed his tender or some kind of injury waiver. Clearly he didn't delay signing his tender to avoid being fined, given that he's participating in voluntary camp.
