Bourne could become a cap casualty, but it won't be because he's 30 and Vrabel feels they're at the beginning of a rebuild. We're like Washington was last year, with sufficient talent to snag a playoff berth. KB could be our best looking WR at final cutdowns. If so they'll either pay him or extend him.

Salt lick? What are we back in the old cowboys days?
Wtf is a salt lick,Jethro?
Salt Lick….isnt that where Larry Bird came from…

I don't care how handsome he is....he can't stay healthy or get over 400 yds a year.

Dawghouse is already behind Diggs, Hollins, Pop, Booty & Williams in the pecking order, for various reasons; and by the time TC ends I hope to add Chism to that list as well. Barring injury of course, there is no way this dude makes this team with that contract.
The key words are "barring injury".

FWIW...

- Kendrick Bourne has played in 111 games out of a possible 132 in his career
- Mack Hollins has played in 112 games out of a possible 132 in his career

Henry 30 Hooper 31 Diggs 32 Hollins 32 Bourne 30
A new coaching staff is only going to keep an older player if they are just plain better than everyone else. So far, I only have Henry and Diggs on that list. Final cutdowns are going to be brutal, and two on this list are gone.
I agree with your premise. I definitely think Bourne will be odd man out. Boutte is a different story, young, improving and actually catches the ball. If he looks like someone Vrabel wants to resign, he will make the team. I really want a blocking TE and FB. As an old guy, I still support running the ball and stopping the run.

Currently Bourne and Hollins are way better than Polk, Baker, Chism, and the rest of the camp bodies. That may change by the end of camp but right now they're all laps behind.

Saint Liberty's Bear Gulch is great.
For a minute there I was asking myself whether Liberty weirdly plopped "St." at the beginning of their name, and what position Bear Gulch played. I immediately guessed O or D line.

That statue should be up already. What are they waiting for?

And if they want people to show up for Parcells it should be the same day as Jules.

The Drake Maye offensive cadence drill is awesome to hear. Last year at times the offense seemed the make mistakes and very often it seemed like they weren’t familiar or he didn’t have any consistency with his cadence. He also didn’t have much experience playing under center so the more he can control the offense with his voice the better.
