This whole Mayo situation is so obvious they're going to do what bad organizations do they're going to let him scapegoat the OC and DC and waste another year of Drake Maye.

Jerod Mayo knew he was coach in waiting for years, he knew Bill was getting fired by November so he doesn't get any OC/DC excuses from me he had plenty of time to plan who he would want on his staff.
I'm exhausted watching this team. I just want to the offseason to get here. Organizational change needs to happen at 4pm come week 17.

TF does that mean?

I think the reports from Bedard are really real. These last 4 games have a lot of meaning. I don't think Mayo's back next season.. I truly believe they are recognizing they made a mistake and will find a way to get out the contact. We will be looking for a New HC and players alike.

I think he's playing off of the "we've ALL seen Maye can run", essentially "YOU'VE seen him run and believe he should've ran that play, I haven't." Insinuating that he doesn't think Maye should've ran, hence his decision.

I think.

The key is how long he's singed on for. That is what scares me.

Word this week was that the coaches they interviewed for OC said they were surprised the interview was NOT more about “football stuff”.
Imagine that from a HC who has nothing to do with the offense.

I dunno I think it depends how much Rob values Jonathan’s input and advice over Mayos.
Is Rob mature enough to realize he made a terrible mistake.

If they fire AVP/Covington what serious candidate with an eye on being a head coach in the future is going to work for Mayo cause even if he survives this year he's a dead man walking and the clock is already ticking.

I will never understand how they decided that last year was terrible and Bill needed to be fired and then promoted the people who worked for him.

If you have 10 cents and make a huge improvement/investment, 100%, you're still damn broke with 20 cents. You still have nothing.

50%, 100% on **** is still ****.

Mayo doesn't fill the basics, dude can't even challenge properly, he's afraid of throwing the challenge flag.

Even if he becomes a much better version of himself next year, that still amounts to very little, we have a proven QB on a rookie contract, someone needs to shout at Kraft to get a ****ing clue

Mayo is a snake oil salesman, but of learned that at Optum.
Corp espionage.

Well, he was a backstabbing turncoat anyway, so I'd rather have someone better.
He wouldve backstabbed no one if the meddling cheap owner let Parcels shop for the groceries
