Just as an aside, I never understood the logic of this. When you're in the Super Bowl, you're in the freaking Super Bowl. You don't have the luxury of "avoiding" a good team. Whomever you play in the Super Bowl did just as much if not more to get there than you did, so clearly they are a worthy opponent. (except the Broncos in 2013, but you know what I mean). As long as you get to the dance, doesn't matter how you dance....you were there.
I find it a bit funny people are saying might be trouble if they have to play Roethlisberger. Because it ignores the fact that Brady would be playing against the Steelers defense in that game, at home.
Nobody disputes the fact that other aspects of the game influence the score but the primary method of stopping opponents from scoring is clearly the defense. Marqui is just one of the draftnik trolls, like captain stone, Who really doesn't care about the team he just cares about ripping on Belichick for his draft choices and criticizing the team in whatever ways he can. Trolls suck, imo he's a troll.
Ha, the Patriots beat four of the top six teams in yards against, I believe that Marqui and his CHB call them TOMATO CANS.
Yes, but in all fairness, I think there is something to be said about facing the Cowboys in a stadium only 3 hours away from Dallas. Crowd noise would be insane! ...would be practically a home game for Dallas...don't ya think?

damn, I didn't even notice hahahah
YPG
1. Texans
2. Broncos
3. Ravens
4. Vikings
5. Cardinals
6. Jaguars
7. Seahawks
8. Patriots
9. Steelers
10. Rams
Six out of ten, lmao.
Having been at the SB in Glendale, it was essentially a Seattle home game with their fan outnumbering Pats fans 3-1 at least....Yes, but in all fairness, I think there is something to be said about facing the Cowboys in a stadium only 3 hours away from Dallas. Perhaps it would be, but a Super Bowl is always noisy regardless. I remember hearing stories about the 2004 Super Bowl in Jacksonville and how Eagles fans "outnumbered" Patriots fans. They still won. And TBH, San Antonio is really the Cowboys's #2 city besides the Dallas Metroplex. I'm sure folks would drive up and be there, but I wouldn't be concerned if it was in Denver either. There will be people there cheering on any team who plays the Pats just because they are the Pats and they want them to lose.
And came within inches of taking another one to OT.

Super Bowls are noisy but there's a big difference between noisy and passionate fan bases like KC and Denver who understand how and when to use that noise.
I remember hearing that this isn't a top 10 defense...
How do you propose they do that?

I don't think it is. He's actually kind of right in my opinion. Atleast the first part of what he said before the comma I agree with
Houston first game will be KC if everything stays the same. but I got the fish beating pitt and facing the pats in the DivisionalAnd if you go by my potential play off match ups.. I know this sounds unlikely but I believe to be true. The Patriots are going to play the Texans in the Divisional round and the Chiefs in the AFCC. I believe this defense will shut both of those offenses down.
I would like to avoid playing GB, or Seattle in the Super Bowl.
