Not a shocker but still a sad day. One of my favorites, clutch as all heck and one of the most important players of the last decade. Team may have won 5 straight sbs if we had him at full strength for the conclusion of 2015 and 2017.

For some reason I was able to take Brady moving on without any emotional reaction. Business and all that. But this definitely tugs at me -- such a great true Patriot, representing everything the franchise has symbolized for the past 20+ years. To me he's part of the "True Patriots Troika," along with Bruschi and Troy B.

My $0.02: He's a slot receiver, don't compare his numbers to Randy Moss et al.

He showed up big in the playoffs, and has a SB MVP.

Clearly I'm biased, but I say he goes in.

I feel the exact same way.

I kinda felt JE was at the end of the line so i'm not shocked but the finality of it all has me a little melancholy no question.
