Our Offense - Decisions at OT and RB

Just as an FYI, the following players were
officially removed from the Pats' IR List at the end of the SB:

Caleb Kidder, DE.
Cyrus Jones, CB.
Derek Rivers, DE.
Julian Edelman, WR.
Donta Hightower, LB.
Martellus Bennett, TE.
Nate Ebner, DB.
Marcus Cannon, OT.
Vincent Valentine, DT.
Jonathan Jones, CB.

The only implication I might take from this is that it may indicate that Bennett has been medically cleared. If so, he could be released at any time without the Pats potentially incurring any injury benefit expense (up to about $M).

As far as I can tell, neither Shea McClellin or Malcolm Mitchell have been removed yet. It may be merely a coincidence that these were the two who were brought back to practice on the DtR designation, or it could be some deeply arcane rule, or it could be that they simply haven't obtained medical clearance yet (which could be either a health situation or just a paperwork issue).

AFAIK, the following players have not yet been officially removed from the
Non-Football Injury list:

Chase Farris, OL
Keionta Davis, DE
Antonio Garcia, OL
Harvey Langi, LB
Andrew Jelks, OL

If someone has more complete info, please post it. Thanks!
