There is lots of room at the bottom to sign free agent upgrades as should be the case for a team that finished with 4 wins. For me, a definite need is to sign a free agent RB. For me, if healthy, this is a much better roster than we had at the end of 2023.
For me, there is only ONE issue (plus health). How soon can the Offense learn the system and gel. There is enough there to have an Offense that is in the 20-25 range, a major improvement.
OFFENSE (25)
QB (3) - Maye, Brissett, Milton (I think that the team thinks Maye is ready to be the backup; if Brissett gets a long-term injury, Zappe is NOT the answer)
RB (3) - Stevenson, Gibson, free agent
WR (5) - Osborne, Bourne, Douglas, Polk, Baker (if Bourne starts on PUP, then Thornton should make the 53)
TE (2) - Henry, Hooper (and 2 or 3 on the Practice Squad)
IOL (6) - Sow, Andrews, Onwenu, Leverett, Andrews, Robinson (could be Mafi instead of Jake) and Jordan on the Practice Squad
OT (4) - Okorafor, Anderson, Wallace, Love
ST (2) - Hasty, Reagor
DEFENSE (24)
DL (6) - White, Godchaux, Barmore, Wise, Watts, Roberts
LB (8) - Judon, Jennings, Uche, Bentley, Tavai, Takitaki, McMillan, Mapu
CB (3) - Gonzalez, Wilson, Austin
NB (2)- Jones, Jones
S (3) - Peppers, Dugger, Hawkins
DB (2) - Wade, Bolden
SEPCIAL TEAMS (4)
