Benching and then unbenching Fitz is part of a magical ritual to turn him into a top 3 QB in the league for roughly 10 quarters. Then 1 quarter of being a mediocre QB, then 16 quarters of being a bottom 5 QB at which point it is necessary to bench him again to restart the ritual to appease the Old Gods.

Raiders had a nicely designed TD taken off the board due to a dumb hold, then recover to score, including a handful of passes under pressure.
