Oh I know. I didn't think he was as ready coming out of college but liked him. Some really loved him here. He had a lot of substance issues and other problems going on. Got straight. Seems like a really nice guy.

I actually feel bad for Ferrell. I know he's paid but those expectations are real and I'm sure he feels it. Gruden is definitely behind most picks and has the final say but it's not like Like has a lot to hang his hat on.

There drafts have been bad lately. Bad. The Mack trade looks worse than it did at the time. They supposedly tried to trade for him in the off-season, who knows? I know could have done better though. Absolutely putrid results. Gruden left a mess in TB too. He's not good at drafting and evaluating prospects. Give him the sheet and head set and let him roll. Fire or give Mike 100% control of the draft for a year or two. This ain't working.

Mike Mayok has to carry at least half, if not more, of the blame...
