So they've been awarded Mexico as their "new international home market":

Definitely interesting, and just in time for Roethlisberger to hang it up and call it a career.

Germany got a sweet deal...

LOL at the UK...NFL definitely hates you lot

Follow up, they apparently "awarded" quite a few teams international home markets, with the Steelers sharing Mexico with a variety of other teams.

The Patriots are among clubs where Germany will be their "home" market:

Makes sense with both Jakob Johnson and Sebastian Vollmer being German. Vollmer now announces NFL games in Germany.

It's kind of a neat idea, I like it in some ways.

Part of what they got wrong here, IMO, if having multiple teams per country. It would've been neat to have a 1:1 match between team and country, so that the country was fully invested in the team.

When an undergrad at UNH our sister school was San Diego State...as far as student exchange goes we kinda shafted SoCal with that one.

Is this program anything like that? Patriots send their cheerleaders and the Germans send...Merkel I guess?

LA Rams get China and Australia?? That seems weird, OTOH not sure how the NFL could manage games there considering the flight time...

I guess you can add the NFL to the NBA as being in the Communist China's pockets. Take a look at that map of China, and that island depicted in red as part of China, that's Taiwan, which is not part of China, but the Chinese want it back.

Sickening how the same companies that will lie and vilify American Police, will suck up to and lie for Communist China.

Most likely Friday/ Saturday games and the bye week before the game.. That's how Thursday games should work.

Interesting Miami and LA have several countries..............many teams like Buffalo have none.

Shouldn't the Lions have Africa?
