He was the DB coach in Houston from '11-'13

Guess who coached in Houston '11-'13

Kubiak. But also the current OC Rick Dennison and DC Wade Phillips.

Them hiring Joseph would likely mean very little change as far as systems and coaches go.

Kubiak was nothing in Denver - it was all Wade Phillips. Wade did much better than I thought he would, but he had a great deal of experience prior to taking that job.

With Vance as their head coach, and Wade Phillips likely leaving, I don't see them performing any better than this season.

He must of had a lot of positive buzz in the coaching circles which fans and media aren't subject to at all. Denver is a pretty tough situation in a lot of ways for a new coach. Aging disgruntled D, no proven QB, Oline in shambles, awful rb's.
