Oh, I agree with you there. It seems that it's all sports. No phony forays into pop culture, politics or any other BS. Before the internet, I used to listen to WFAN on the beach in Rhode Island on my transistor radio. A M signal came in clear as a bell.I'm born, raised in NH and live in MA but spent about 7 years during the week in the late 90s and early 2000s commuting to NYC for work. WFAN just grew on me.
I get the Francesa, Beningo, Roberts, Mad Dog hatred. I just like the format of the shows better. There just seems to be less ******** with those shows. IMO...
