OT: Tailgating TV

I have new TV's/Cable boxes at home so I haven't payed much attention to the whole digital tv converter program. My tailgating TV, however is a very old one we hook up to a car battery adapter to watch the games. I'm guessing that we will need to purchase a converter just to get the local cbs/fox channels?

Yuh, you will need a bare bones digital to analog converter for the old analog TV as OTA broadcasts are now pure digital. Buy a new TV; they're better, lighter & inexpensive.
