I thought was a good opportunity for both, but was unsure about the whole chemistry thing.
He won me over early last season. Was a good teammate, even if he will be broke from child support within 3 years after nfl retirement.

Worst kept secret of the offseason after the Pats trading for AJ Brown. Stefon probably wanted to wait to avoid the first week of camp.

He probably was holding out for better offers.

It would be surprising if that's all the Patriots offered.
