Nope. sorry. Clipping feet = penalty 99% of the time

Clutching grabbing is so common without a penalty. Happens a LOT. Not called very often. But it was deserved here for 2 reasons. It was sustained by Otamendi and the French player dove, knowing the ref "owed" the French a penalty.

Again, it was deserved.
