They put nothing around Young and didn’t seem to want to be sellers at the deadline either or even in March when the Rams allegedly offered a first and a second for Brian Burns. Tepper seems like one of those super rich guys that expects to be successful in the NFL 5 minutes in because he’s been successful as a VC or whatever he was before. He also seems like an a**hole scrapping that practice site field half way through and leaving the mess.

Reich likely saw this wasn't going to be a place where he could coach, and have good relationship with the owner. So he'll be an OC somewhere in the league next season.
