With Carolina selecting Stewart at #13, it looks like Carolina doesn't believe in Williams' potential as a feature back. He was older coming out of school, and this will be his 3rd season. I believe he's already 26. That pick by Carolina doesn't look good in retrospect.

Actually its a great pick for them.. They dumped D. Foster and love a two running back system.. The Carolina glory years had Foster and Davis pounding the ball.. They have gotten away from it in recent years (foster being injured a lot).. Now with Stewart and the addition Otah, they'll be getting back to that running game.. (plus it keeps Gross at his natural position)
