KCs offense has not been nearly the same as last year except when playing the Raiders. Their defense has been playing a lot better but we still have the best Oline and run game. It will come down to Mac I think and his ability to play big in the big moments but every team has a question mark. Having the top seed and #1 defense gives us the best chance to get to the SB IMO.

Its easy to put up 48 point when the other team has 5 turnovers

Yeah, let's see you root for GB in the Packers-Ravens game next week - my guess is you won't cheer for the Packers even though it help NE. Pats are 1 game ahead of Baltimore in the conference standings. And Ian's pool is not about picking which team you like better - it's about picking as many winners as possible. And who can blame me for picking the Bills yesterday? The Bucs have sucked against quality teams all year, skating by Dallas, NE, Indy, and Buffalo and losing to the Rams. I didn't trust the Bucs defense and was right that they would play piss-poor.

It's beautiful. I don't think NE gets by KC but we know BB knows how to stop them so I wouldn't actually bet against it and if it ends up being NE vs Brady in the Superbowl it would be beautiful reading the other forums for 2 weeks. They are already unhinged and irrational so I can't imagine what they would say to that.

Rodgers didn’t even move up from the previous week. The award isn’t a lock for Brady, as Rodgers will be doing everything imaginable to pad his stats as always, and there will be overhype for Murray. But I think if the Bucs win out, Brady wins the award. 14-3 and the leader in most statistical categories would make it hard to deny him.

I know people think there’s a conspiracy theory against Brady, but the voters for the MVP award have historically not snubbed him at all. Nick Wright, Packers beat writers, etc. don’t actually get a vote. Most of the voters do actually take this pretty seriously. Schatz, whose tweet I quoted, is one of the voters.

Absolutely. It wasn't surprising to see posters in the Bucs-Bills game day thread actually saying they didn't mind if Bills won. Others swallowed hard rooting for the Bucs, for the goods of the Pats. It's become pathetic how many Pats fans actually hate Brady. They're now officially JETE fans.

The gal from GA that became a Pats fan this season, because of Mac Jones, was shocked at how much vitriol there is against the GOAT coming from Pats fans. I find it amusing that they lambast fans that still want Brady to succeed (like our own Ian does) and ask that we move on; yet they seem to be the butt hurt ones still triggered about Brady daring to leave the Pats. Mortimer Porksley is #1 in the Brady-hate crew, their leader.
