Story I heard about Mickelson - he was in a pro am and needed to sink a short putt to break the course record held by someone well known and liked at the club. He deliberately putted the ball away from the hole so the record could be preserved. That is classy for sure.

Both Greg Auman of TheAthletic.com and Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times have pointed out on Twitter that Brady has posted photos of himself and teammates working out. They apparently worked out at the Yankees’ complex in Tampa.

Earlier this month, Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady encouraged NFL players to negotiate directly with their coaches for changes to the offseason program. In Tampa Bay, those negotiations worked.


Via Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, the Buccaneers agreed through such discussions to reduce the total number of Organized Team Activities to six.


The Bucs will still have a mandatory minicamp, from June 8 through 10.
