OT: Official 2020 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Just ran the exact same play that led to Brady's first INT last week, Evans on a skinny post. This time, much better results.

Tom’s looking pretty good out there. Two beautiful throws.

Evans broke better on that skinny post. Usually you want to break at about a 25 degrees angle to the MOF (as opposed to 45 on a traditional post).

Great stutter step on that backshoulder fade route. Evans and Brady are starting to click something good.

Both the Saints and Panthers are daring Brady to throw long.

All of the Bucs bad plays are shorter throws and outs over the last 2 weeks, while every time they look long downfield, it's a big gain 9 times out of 10.

They are playing against short throw Brady and daring him to go long.

Bucs up 14-0 due to turnovers and a bad penalty.

I think this'll be their M.O. -- talented, good against poorly coached/mistake prone teams, but when they get into a high-stakes game against a well coached team (see: last week) they're going to struggle to win at the end of the day.

You can basically map Arians' history and apply it to this (and any) team he coaches.

Wonder why Bridgewater's plant foot is back. Lose half a precious second flipping his hips every single snap.

Gronk looks like he should've stayed retired.

Flat-footed, slow, poorly conditioned. The game took a toll on him.

I think he’s catching on. We will see but I will say that I’ve started to care less about what happens with Brady. As our coach has said before, it’s out of our control. We can not be concerned about things we can’t control. That statement is more wise than you’d think

Gronk is being criminally underused- just an inline blocker; haven't seen him release once.

You realize he has yet to run a route?

He just did.. speak of the devil.

Just had to jump in to note what a tremendous effort Tom had going for that fumble. I'm sure that triggered some memories for Panthers fans.

First time I've seen Gronk in motion.

Carolina still not doubling up Evans. Crazy.

Don't need to see the guy running routes to realize he doesn't look right.

He looks completely out of it as a blocker, and even just running back to the huddle he looks uncomfortable and miserable.

Looks like 2018 Gronk, where we could all tell something wasn't right ... not 2013 Gronk. I seriously worry about the guy's mental health and potential CTE.

I don’t care what uniform. It warms my heart to see Tom playing well.

Hopefully He keeps it up.

He’s dunzo.

Don’t be shocked if he’s cut at some point
