If that's the case, either they need to give the ball more to Fournette and/or upgrade their o-line in the offseason to one that is more run-oriented. It's really the only way for this Brady experiment to work.
They definitely need to upgrade their OL and I can see James White going to Tampa.

An 0 for 20 streak on +20 yd attempts............

It is Arians' fault......

............for signing a screen/short pass specialist

The Bucs would be best served by making their run game more of a priority and utilizing Fournette as the double threat he is.
Play Action Tompa instead of Deep Strike & Miss Tompa.
So many TEs.....so underutilized.
The Bucs offense needs to establish an identity soon

Fournette as a double threat? You must not have watched Monday night's game. Fournette dropped 3 passes and ran 17 yards on 7 carries for a 2.4 YPC average. Double threat? You must have meant Double Bust.

Who are the "so many TEs"? Howard is out for the year. Gronk can hardly run. Brate is there but limited.

You are right that Brady is terrible throwing deep. First very noticeable sign he is 43 and will never be the same.

He was throwing great deep at the beginning of the season but since I would say the bears game not so much.

the last few games I have the impression that he just throw deep balls which had no shot just to make a point.

I love TB12 but I have to admit seeing him struggle a bit validates BB's decision to start the rebuild now.

I

I don’t know why but Fournette is not good this year either running or catching.
He had like 4 drops against Rams. What can you do when you want to throw the balls to your backs but they can’t catch them.
Not sure why Shady McCoy isn't getting any snaps. He is very good catching passes out of the backfield. Injury?

I remember him having an ankle injury but I don’t know if he is still injured

You would think that with this talent they could find a way to find guys constantly open in the 10-20 yards range.

Arians need to let his deep pass offense go and draw one that is based on Brady strength. Well, if he wants to win more than a regular season game, I mean. If he can’t do that, he would be a worse coach than i think he is and the bar is not very high.

I've said this before, but the problem is just as much the offense and coaching as it is Brady's decline. If Tom was surrounded by those same players in New England under McDaniels and BB he'd be doing fine.

This thread seesaws based on each game the Bucs play.
No kidding. Brady is having a top 3 season of his career and struggles a bit against one of the top defenses in the league that held Wilson to 16 points. The Bucs are a very good team. They will most likely be a wild card and their success in the playoffs largely depends on who they draw as an opponent in the first round. That being said, Brady is having an amazing season for a 43 year old QB in a brand new system with no off-season. I realize we judge him by perfection because he was always so perfect but this season and all he has had to navigate has been tremendous. And he still has 4 easy games to end the season with and a bye which should help him and the team get more in sync.

2019
Bucs ypg rank: 3rd
Bucs ppg rank: 4th
Bucs yards per play: 5.9
Bucs 3rd down conversion rate: 41.5%

2020
Bucs ypg game rank: 18th
Bucs ppg rank: 6th
Bucs yards per play: 5.5
Bucs 3rd down conversion rate: 43.6%

Another "what the"

Pats yards per game rank: 16th
Bucs yards per game rank: 18th

Pats yards per play: 5.7
Bucs yards per play: 5.5

Pats 3rd down conversion rate: 44.3%
Bucs 3rd down conversion rate: 43.6%

This is more of an illustration of how Belichick is the GOAT coach and Arians is at best a decent offensive coordinator

Love how you conveniently left off turnovers when comparing Bucs 2019 to 2020.

2019 Bucs: through 11 games - 20 picks to 23 TDs
2020 Bucs through 11 games - 9 picks to 25 TDs

You obsession with yardage is amusing because you of course ignore points scored as yards gains means nothing if it does not turn into points.
Bucs 2020 points - 6th
Pats 2020 points - 27th

And then your wowza moment with saying Bill is a better coach than Arians. As if anyone on earth thinks Arians is better than Bill but yet Arians has his team at 7-4 while Bill is at 4-6 but then again Arians has the GOAT QB and Bill has Cam. And that pretty much is the moral of the story. You don't win jack in this league without a legit QB no matter the coaching.

He has made some bad throws but overall he has been playing at a very high level considering the fact he is in a new offense for the first time in two decades, has a new coach (who I think is an idiot and may have some friction with), running backs who simply cannot catch the football which is a big part of why he has been so successful, as well as limited and screwed up camp/practice time. Cam unsurprisingly had a lot of those same excuses made for him and has had a small fraction of the success that Brady has. There have been some ups and downs but at 43 he is going to lead a team to the playoffs and probably have a top 3 season statistically.

When you already have an agenda in mind you can always find meaningless out of context stats to back your point.

This guy really is unbelievable.

Arians has always been a bit of a clown with his media musings. That being said, I would love to see Tom head to New Orleans next year if he can somehow get out of his contract with the Bucs. Payton wanted him this year until Brees decided to come back.

Because he has been toast for two years now. A couple flashes now and then but apart from that there is not much left.

Yeah efficiency based metrics paint the same picture.

But who would want to ruin a perfect narrative for the lazy and take away their scapegoat.

Anyone who is blaming Cam for all this teams struggles is a fool but if you put Cam on the Bucs I think their record and Cam's stats would be worse.
