The Orangeman in me feels compelled to say that anyone who makes a top RB in the NFL list that does not include Jim Brown is officially a dumbass!!!
Agree

The only top true 5 back in his top 5 was Barry Sanders

#1-#3 in some order:
Jim Brown
Walter Payton
Barry Sanders

Then we need to pick only 2 more among these guys

Gayle Sayers (only knock is lack of longevity)
Earl Campbell (knock is lack of titles)
Tony Dorsett
Emmitt Smith (knock is an O-line to dream of)
Eric ****erson (knock is lack of titles)
Marcus Allen
O.J. Simpson

I'd probably go with Eric ****erson and Emmitt Smith as #4 and #5

Gayle Sayers was amazing. I give him #4 but any of the #5's are too close to call. I will say Emmitt Smith wasn't big and not the fastest guy in the world, but he is a prototype of a consistent back.

Sayers returning a kick and Orr rushing the puck are two of the most amazing sports things I've ever seen. The images always come up together in my memory.

While I agree, Pacheco may be listing “best RBs he’s seen play”. Though I didn’t read his tweet any further. I’m a huge fan of Barry Sanders but Walter Payton should be on that list as a no brainer.
