OT: Max Unger, Seahawks guard, to IR

Unger was a second round pick last year who started all 16 games as a rookie for Seattle. Is this the place for Mankins? 2nd round pick perhaps?

He's a ProBowler, and 28yrs old..

I'd ask for a 1st rounder. Worst would be a 2nd-2011, and 4th-2011, or, 2nd-2011 and 3rd-2012.

Those jokers are rebuilding. Why give up such a high pick and big $$$ for a guard when Unger will be back next year???

Sux for Unger. I had hoped that he would last to #58 during the '09 draft.

If Petey wants Mankin$, he's gotta fork over their '12 first-rounder, plus a late-rounder (or 2) in '11, to make up for the late-rounders Bill threw away for Tracy White & Ojinnaka.
