OT: Matt Ryan to Colts

Mac Jones is already better than all of those QBs, except Josh Allen who's the best in the AFC by quite a wide margin.

Jones is not as good as Burrow, Mahomes, Herbert, or Wilson

Grady Jarrett
Jake Matthews
Deion Jones

As of today, they are the only Falcons remaining from the 28-3 team.....

The NFL world has gone mad. What Brady started with going to Tampa, is now an epidemic of franchise QB carouseling.
Guys like Stafford, Wilson, Ryan who have been 10+ year faces of the franchise just bouncing around. It's weird.
Even guys like Watson, Mayfield who are still only 4 years in, but were huge 1st round picks, and aren't bad QB's.

Holy smokes? They'll be lucky to be an 8 win team by 2024. This team is years away from competing again.

Also I never want to hear that the NEP had the worst WR corp in the league again.

Clearly a tank season for them. Trying to get that #1 and have a choice between Bryce Young & CJ Stroud

Falcons will have nearly 140 million in cap space next offseason.

That's when they go all in imo.

Wouldn't be surprised if they are SB contenders by 2024 at the latest.
The top 3 qbs will be Stroud, Young, and Richardson 2023 draft. Thats a pretty good group if they can suck bad enough to land one of them. I think they can.

Ok my troll job is even exhausting me stop taking my bait I was joking
Make it somewhat realistic. Never go full troll!!

Say Jones is baby Mahomes like Mahomes is baby Goat. Or Jones had a better rookie year than Mahomes hence Jones > Mahomes. Or similar realistic troll job.

Nice move by the Colts. They seem to be fairly high on Ballard over there. Fine with me! In his 5 years as a GM they are 41-40, 2 playoff appearances with 1 win and no division titles. If you put him next to Ryan Pace I’d have a hard time telling them apart.

I think they are a much better team with Ryan. When he has a good OL, a good defense and a good running game he can be an great QB even at his age.
The year he won MVP he had a good OL and running game but a horrible defense as I am sure every Patriots fan knows. Matt is the most under rated because he plays on such a horrible team. He had almost 4000 yards passing last year without his #1 receiver playing, he was sacked 40 times, and the team had only 1,400 yards rushing. Even with all the sacks he has taken over his career, in fact, 40 each year for the last 4 years, he has only not started in 3 games in the last 14 years.
I wouldn't under estimate him now that he is in the AFC.
I will always pull for Matt, except when he plays the Pats.

The Colts roster management has been fascinating, because Ballard seems to be a genius at all non-QB positions yet continues to pursue QBs who won't take the team to the next level. Ryan might not be as washed up as Rivers was by the time he got to Indy, but this isn't going to be another Stafford to LA situation.

51-65, 2 playoff appearances with 1 win and no division titles is what BB has without Brady. Let’s not throw stones while living in glass houses.

Hmm, sounds familiar. Is it time for the Matt Ryan subforum?

Hmmm... No.

There shouldn't be any player-specific sub-forums. It all belongs in general nfl forum.

Its where all the non-Patriot related garbage belongs

Well it is only a temporary thing. But need to start thinking about a stable and healthy as well as consistent QB in the not too distant future.
