Keep in mind that there's no way in hell Denver gets by again with a bad QB. Maybe 9-7, 10-6 best case scenario. KC or OAK should win the division and DEN would be fighting for a wildcard spot.

It took major injuries to a variety of teams and crazy circumstances just to help them get to the AFCCG and SuperBowl. You can bet that won't happen again.

He's been crap for years, and trading him for even a bag of balls would open up a lot of cap space. I'm not sure what you consider to be giving Kaepernick away, and Schefter says that he's hearing it'd be for a mid-round pick
