It was a brain aneurysm.

I knew a woman that died of an aneurysm.
Just tapped out during a department meeting. Slumped over. Game over.

She was postponing her retirement until her daughter graduated from college.
Lesson learned for the rest of us.

My boss retired that year and her passing was the main reason.
