In this mock, I was offered plenty of trade down opportunities. From 4 to 5, 5 to 10, and then 10 to 14. I then also traded down in the 2nd round as long as it was only a few spots. The target was Josh Simmons while accumulating as many 2nd and 3rd rounders as possible to fill out our roster with premium talent. Some may mistakenly feel I picked Simmons too early but I'm expecting we're going to see OT's going way earlier than expected, especially the few who can play LT.

This is the draft that would start off the next dynasty in Foxboro. Enjoy!

14. LT Simmon - Might be the best LT in the draft. His injury is a concern but the potential for a steal.
38. CB Morrison - This gives us 3 stud CB's in a pass happy era
46. WR Noel - Might be the most pro-ready receiver in the draft. slot receiver who excels at route running. Perfect weapon for Maye. I really want him or Luther but Luther isn't realistic.
48. DT Grant - Both Grant and Tyleik Williams fell and were available. Very similar players. Not sure how likely that is in real life but I couldn't pass it up.
69. RB Judkins - He's a stud in a very deep RB class. Think Derrick Henry Jr.
88. EDGE Burch - Athletic freak that needs coaching and time to develop into stud
98. TE Helm - Solid TE who can block and catch. Similar to Henry
106. OT Williams - Future RT
144. RB Smith - One of my favorite guys in the draft. Smith is a former WR with 4.39 speed who converted to RB at SMU and ran for over 1,000 yds. He runs routes and catches the ball like a WR. Perfect 3rd down back to pair with Judkins. We can split him out wide and watch him abuse LB's trying to cover him. I really really want this guy for Maye.
171. OC McLaughlin - Best OC in this draft but he's injured and will likely spend season on IR. He becomes our starting OC next year.
220. DE/DT Ingram-Dawkins - Very raw but super freak athletically. 6'5" 280 lbs, runs a 4.8 forty with a 36" vertical. Put him on the practice squad or PUP and see how he develops with coaching. Could be a weapon at DE in time
238. NT Stackhouse - NFL ready NT from day 1 if we deploy any 34 alignments. He's here to stop the run and absorb double teams
242. DT Horsley - I think the mock had him rated too low. Solid vs run and rushing the passer. Nice guy to add to rotation
