...I think he needs to surrender the GM power to do that successfully, though.

Don't forget RKK channelling his inner Woody on a weekly basis. A HOF owner stands up and says that he made a difficult decision to let BB go because of on field results on day one. The whole mutual decision followed months later by 'hey look at me, I fired my HOF coach' is a joke.
