Good news on Rowe. Going to need him for bigger athletic WRs.

first bits of good news

Miracle workers are in Foxboro.

Can you see if Larry Bird, Kevin McHale and Robert Parish are walking through that door in the locker room?

My mom bought the generic version of Corn flakes. My brother and I would just dump a cup a sugar on them. Homemade frosted flakes.

I prefer my frosted flakes the way God intended... with factory-sprayed-on sugar.

Cookie Crisp is my favourite, too bad I can't get it here in Canada, I always make it a point to get some when I cross the border.

My Keys to the game:

1. Gronk plays. Having both Bennett and Gronk as bookends adds to the effectiveness of the O line. It will be nothing the Texans have seen yet or at least have seen with two elite TE's. (Yes I think Bennett belongs in the elite category) Should help the running game as well.

2. The Defense has to play a full 60 minutes. I don't want to see JB trying to play "comeback kid" yet.

3. Blount has another beastly game. I'm still in awe over his last game. Where in the hell did that come from?

4. JB plays mistake free rookie football. He has looked impressively composed throughout preseason and yet again after being thrown into the middle of an important game. Good stuff.

5. The Texans have a rook QB as well. Need to shake his ass up.

6. Thursday night Football is always somewhat sloppy but hopefully that short week benefits BB in the coaching category more so than usual.

My novice thoughts.

PS: If Brissett pulls this out I don't want to see a thread " Joe Montana to Steve Young III".

@longdistance, sorry this got hijacked. Back on track... thanks, Tony!

I listened to Squeaky and the Douche today... I know, I know... and Felger was making the case for not signing some retread QB. I <choke> agree. He said Brady had this injury in 2002 and fought through it at less than 100%. I'd forgotten that... it makes sense.

Start Brisket, leave Jimmy on the bench, and God forbid the Brisket gets burnt, put Jimmy in with a Brisket-like playbook....

assuming of course he's cleared to play.

I always get Shreddies when I'm in Canada. Guess we keep the cereals balanced.

IMO, signing a backup QB depends on whether or not JG can play game 4 or not. This game is either going to be won or loss with JB. If he, heaven forbid, goes down then it's going to be some kind of fire drill patch work to get them through game.

"Edelman to Amendola and back to Edelman for a first down!"
