Oh **** something happened to Allen? Been fixated on the Pats hardly paying attention to the other games.
Weird rumor.

3rd & 19 at LAC 34

(3:36 - 4th) (Shotgun) J.Allen pass short left to S.Diggs to LAC 25 for 9 yards (N.Vigil)

Arizona is so bad. They blew that game and we took advantage. Idk how to feel about this game. We clearly need a new QB next season.
We need an entire offensive makeover in the passing game.

These guys really earned it, not the most talented team, but they play hard and for the most part disciplined.

Folk with another awesome kick.

Why not? With Allen likely done for the year, we have a shot of getting in and getting our cheeks clapped right off the bat.
Allen has been playing. What’s with the misinformation about Allen’s “injury.” He was out for a little, but he’s been back in.

Folk is so clutch!!!!!
That had room to spare - he nailed it.

I'm happy for Nick Folk. He has worked extremely hard for us the last two years, and made personal sacrifices to be here while raising young kids out of state.

I'm happy for Cam Newton too; that last pick was hideous. I hope we can get to .500 next week.

But if you see my posts today, you know my biggest take is that McDaniels has to call running plays on first and second down, even third down occasionally. The Patriots can run the ball, but more importantly, they must run the ball to win.

First down low percentage drops back to pass resulted in disaster today - let's see if our coaches can learn from it.

Kingsbury with the fatal TO

So what was the Personal Four call on the Cam hit? Was it hit OB (bad call), or was it helmet to helmet?
Clean hit imo but he got nailed. A hit like that would ir the average qb but Newton is big and strong.

Very proud of the D and the contributors on O for overcoming subpar QB play, shaky playcalling, and poor officiating.

So did I just misunderstand your argument and the premise that they need a top 2 pick for the QB in order to be successful? Yea high picks get you good talent but you don't need to be 1 or 2 in the draft to get a good QB. Literally just look at Mahomes, Rogers, Wilson, Prescott, etc. You seem to be disappointed that they'll miss out on their absolute only shot at a decent QB. Seems a bit panicky

Really? QBs don’t grow on trees. Cam Newton is not the future for his period. He stinks!

The only thing this win did, was to ensure mediocrity for years to come barring some miracle in the draft. People forget how horrid it was for years. Drew pulled this team out of the abyss...and where was he picked? Don't even use Brady because he was and is an enigma. Ditto for Wilson. No, you need to have a top 10 pick at least to have a shot at a top flight QB to ensure you get your choice.

This team doesn't need a retread. It needs fresh top shelf elite talent at the QB position. This win may have sealed that missed opportunity.

And again not joking at all if BB coached this team to a winning record its way more impressive than what Brady is doing in TB. Coach of the year **** there

Yes, BB the GM puts together a roster low on talent and by achieving mediocrity, the team nets BB the Coach an award. Got it.
(BTW - in BB I trust).

I thought hope was dead... but...

Bob Hope IS dead...so is Faith Domergue....Chairty Wakefield is alive and kickin' though

The NFL is extremely lucky the Patriots won that game.

Had the Cards' won by 4 or fewer points (as they nearly did), you would've had an integrity issue on your hands after the officials stole 4 points from the Patriots that were objectively, fairly scored on the Gunner punt-return.
I hate the rule but from the letter of the law it was a good call.
