I’m the biggest stiff ever. Hahaha.I couldn't possibly dislike a player as much as N'Keal Harry. He is the biggest stiff ever,
could not resist.

I literally said when we should decide to tank. Our season was effectively over the minutes we went 2-5, and our chance at Lawrence immediately ended the minute we won a game after that."I said multiple times before the season started to give it 6 games. If they ended 2-4 (and I legit used that number) then it was historically a long shoot to make the playoffs and they should move on to next season. The correct move was then. More so when they went down to the Bills and lost any chance at the division.
And yes if we lost to the Jets and ranked the rest of the way we would either get Lawrence or Lance or Fields.
I called it right. The Jets win was meaningless. After that we beat the a Ravens in the rain and an injured Murray. Basically we could have afforded to lose those games and we’d be more in the Lawrence hunt now and guaranteed a decent QB prospect. Now I wouldn’t even be surprised if we didn’t pick one first round"
You didn't call anything right. You just keep making excuses for winning. About half the league has no shot a SB every year, so if 16 teams all tank, nobody does.
Our chances of getting Lawrence ended the minute we went 1-0, or at least 2-1. The Pats winning games and playing well bodes well for the future, not bad, so I really don't know what else to tell you either.I literally said when we should decide to tank. Don’t know who this is, could be a psycho, but it sums up all my thoughts
The theory is brilliant. If it was the NBA and LeBron was in the draft go for it. Problem is it never actually happens in real life but it could theoretically so keep repeating it over and over and maybe it becomes a viable approach. More likely to be a team like the Titans and become a Super Bowl contender by making a few good 2nd round draft picks and turning around a journeyman QB than it is to tank.I care about the ability to win championships. Any year we are not in a position to compete in the playoffs is an opportunity to get better next year.
Legacy wise having one horrible season and grabbing a QB and getting back to competing (ala Colts) is better than 3 years of 7-9 to 8-8. That’s a period of mediocrity as opposed to a quick rebuild. Nobody was going to ever hold this year against us the same way nobody holds the year we missed the playoffs in 2008.
This league is about championships not optically looking good.
Obnoxious and wrong, go sulk somewhere else not here where people are happy about a win

Winner!Agreed. Luck was supposed to be "can't miss" and that was a mixed return for Indy at best.
21/40 players picked in the Top 10 between 2015-2018 made the Pro Bowl, so that's about half. Among those Pro Bowlers are illustrious Top 10 QB picks such as Jameis Winston, Carson Wentz, and Mitch Trubisky. Pardon me if I pass on tanking for a coin flip.
No they ended when we beat our main competition for him.Our chances of getting Lawrence ended the minute we went 1-0, or at least 2-1. The Pats winning games and playing well bodes well for the future, not bad, so I really don't know what else to tell you either.
I’ll do what I want. I celebrated the win in the game thread when we won. If you want to go on a fanboy purity crusade over people preferring the better draft pick don’t do an about face and cry about people wanting it and having the discussion you willingly engaged in. It’s weakObnoxious and wrong, go sulk somewhere else not here where people are happy about a win
I dont know what about face youre talking about or crusade. I just know your argument is stupid.I’ll do what I want. I celebrated the win in the game thread when we won. And it looked like he hurt it again on that Butler sack.Guy was playing with an injured shoulder. He was tentative. Don't undersell him.
Nah I’ve been a fan since I was a kid when we sucked. I’d prefer not to go back to those days. Don’t mistake wanting the team to be better faster with being fair weather. I’ve been a fan in worse times. We've got a fairly entitled fan base these days. As a fanbase, we deserve the "I don't hate the Pats, but I hate their fans" posts you always see. If we are "only" an above average team for the next few years, they'll start to fade away. Time is on our side.
There is no legal way to block the guy on a return. If you turn to block him it is a blind side block. If you hit him from behind it is a clip.Your only choice is to get in front of him and facing away from him slow hm down or let him block you in the back, a great way to get injured... I expect the rule to get modified this off season to allow blocks like the one today....I hate the rule but from the letter of the law it was a good call.
In yet you’ve been brought up multiple instances of NFL history and misrepresented. There is no NFL fan that thought Manning was at his physical peak in 2013, that thought the Colts made the wrong decision with Luck, that thought the Giants were rebuilding, by their own admission they weren’t, of that multiple teams didn’t successfully do a complete tear down and rebuild. You were just flat out wrong about nearly all those instances.I dont know what about face youre talking about or crusade. I just know your argument is stupid.

You choose to keep pushing the issue to argue. Then when you were getting nowhere you whined and said don’t post here.
Not my I brought up plenty of reasons, seeing that you have this take in the first place im not surprised you cant see the other side
Your first paragraph is just bs. Plenty of people knew manninh would be huge for the broncos. Obviously getting nowhere with somebody this thick. Somebody who thinks a qb prospect would magically turn a bottom 5 team, if they tanked, into a sb contenderIn yet you’ve been brought up multiple instances of NFL history and misrepresented.
