Offseason Needs by Tier

QB2 in tier 2 I think. Jacoby is probably gone and Milton hasn’t shown any reason yet to make him the backup

Also that’s a LOT of holes on the roster…
Milton looked pretty good in week 18 though….

Like a young Cam Newton with an arm….

Tier 1: wr, edge

I think these 2 give you the biggest immediate impact and would be my bigger investments.

Wr- Sign tee Higgins , or trade for dk metcalf or dj moore. Maybe also sign darius slayton.

Edge- sign sweat or reddick. I would double dip here and use #4 on abdul carter. Then you can use keion white the way you should on the inside.

Tier 2 : ot, cb

Ot would be tier 1, but theres really no great ot to draft and fa/trade will not offer anyone amazing either. Id prefer to sign alaric jackson or ronnie stanley, but i doubt either hit fa. Id settle for cam Robinson. Also id either sign Morgan moses or trade for conklin, lots floating around that cle will be parting ways with him. If we don’t have to use this year’s #2 in a big trade you could grab an ot prospect there in addition. Technically this is also tier 1 thats investing alot.

Cb- sign davis, murphy, or adebo as cb2.

Tier 3 - fs, lb, dl depth

Id probably look to the draft for these at picks 3a, 3b, 4, 5. unless you do have the space to go after dre greenlaw. If we don’t double dip at edge id move dl higher, maybe mason graham instead of carter. But i want at least 2 big moves at edge or one at each edge/dl.

Tier 4 - rb, interior OL competition

Take some fliers here in the late rounds. Im higher on rham and Gibson than most. And between strange, andrews, layden, andrews jr, sow i believe we’ll have lg and c okay for 2025, but a late round flier wont hurt.

Tier 1 - If not addressed, the whole front office should be gone

LT
RT
WR1
DT
MLB
FS

Tier 2 - Not good enough

C
LG
DE
CB2
SS

Tier 3 - Could do with improvement

K
WR2

Honestly I would throw all of the Tiers under Tier 1, for the simple fact of they already had a year to remedy the Cupboard being bare from when BB left.

Andrews will go down again at some point next year (Thanks but time to mentor/coach) so Stranger and the other Andrews can back him up. We let him play until the wheels fall off, like Jalopy did this year. Venereal can be a backup LT so he doesn't infect the guys we draft.....so rather than not good enough, I would make it, "Good enough if you want to fail again".

I don't think we are in AS BAD of a position that we could be. Lots of room for improvement but we at least have a foundation. FFS we could have Thanks Dad and a Dominique Easley type player. Just sayin....

Same with DL. Need interior slob and an edge (semi slob?).

Tier 1: An NFL caliber HC
Tier 2: NFL caliber OC, NFL caliber DC, someone to make draft picks that won’t do stupid **** (like drafting Polk over McConkey)

Nothing else matters until these issues are addressed.
Two out of four accomplished. Working on the other two.

LT-Sign Alaric Jackson Trade Back for OT in draft, Justin Simmons

WR-Trade For Deebo Draft Emeka Ogbuka

OG —Sign Trey Smith

DT- Sign Levi Onwuzurike

LB - Zack Baun Draft Jack Sawyer

S-Javon Holland

Draft a TE and CB on day 2

I know that people are disappointed that Maye did not address the press after the season. I am concerned that he is unhappy with the team and probably even with some of his teammates. The players that did speak did not come to Mayo's defense, I am sure that Maye felt the same way. The team needs to get the OC in place to start building that relationship as soon as possible to start that relationship. I hope that they keep the QB coach and find some other role for AVP.

I have never seen any player other than Brady or Bledsoe after a playoff game losssoeak to the media.

I’ll bet Maye is ecstatic about their situation going forward.
