I have been saying Cleveland has a lot of talent for years...

I'd make a snarky remark like "how many Browns have to come here and become good before they realize it's a coaching problem?", but the fact that they fire their entire coaching staff every year suggests they're aware of that. Next they just need to learn that even a good coach probably isn't going to entirely right the ship within a year and a half.
