Yeah but it was a really bad pick. Hogan just wasn't free at any point. Completely covered. Not sure what Brady saw. Relying on Hogan's athleticism to out-jump for ball?!?!?!?!?

You can see why Bill paid Gilmore and Butler will probably be gone next year, Gilmore just has more natural physical ability.

He doesn't care that Butler has been better then past 2 years, one has more potential and one has hit his ceiling.

The pass rush is the big worry, Hightower is almost certainly going to have to play outside.

Butler has been a good CB in this system. No complaints there. But yes, Gilmore will be the better CB going forward, and he deserved the big pay day more than Butler.

If they stay healthy on D and get decent QB performance...they will beat the Pats week 3 and in the post season. I feel the same way about them I did Oakland last year.

Pats just flat out don't have the pass protection to deal with Houstons front.

Well, it's the Texans; this is the best it'll be all year for them. I never get teams that go lights out in a meaningless scrimmage--personally I would have been happy if that had been an interception just because it gets Brady off the field to the nice and safe sideline.
