1st wife rooting for TFB and the Bucs while I'm rooting for the Pats. 50+ years relationship could be down the tubes as we watch the game.

O.k. forget pregame, Postgame sadness has already set in with me. After a Brady led Tampa team dismembers our beloved Patriots is the season playoff chances over? Will we have a winning record? Will Mac be standing upright after the game? I guess that's all i want to happen tonight. Don't let our rookie QB get killed back there McDaniels, put in Hoyer if it get UGLY!!! We need to March again for the rest of the season! PLEASE!

I would expect Mac to go after him right away. From what I saw of him last year, he is good to give up a bunch of plays.

His 2020 grades for his limited play would've been good for #35 this season, so not too bad.

But I agree, target him since it's unlikely he's got his legs ready for a game with only 3 practices and even if he does, he won't last.

That is only bright spot for Tampa in terms of their injured secondary. He picked up their defense fast apparently is good to go. I have to think they look spin the dial vs Mac and throw the kitchen sink at him in terms of pressure/coverage.

This sounds like gamesmanship since even Sherman said it wasn't realistic for him to contribute with only 3 days of practice. Either that or CD3 is hurt and Bucs are desperate.

No kidding. He is still Sherman and his mental prowess is worth it alone over the PS players they are bringing up. I see him as basically being a coach on the field which is really what they did with so many inexperienced corners.

The guy has played CB in the NFL for 10 years. Much of this is muscle memory. Of course he won’t be an elite player out and probably not even average. But the Bucs are looking for minimal competence right now.
