Let's hypothesize a wife for you whom you loved deeply for 20 years, and vice versa. Then divorced (that part is important.) What you're doing here is going out with your buddies hoping she'll walk into the bar or whatever the young people go out to now, celebrating when she walks in by buying everybody a round, then falling silent, drooling, while she picks up the new guy. Then maybe lurking outside the men's room and getting video.

That's you n Brady. I mean, okay, love him as much as you want. But you need to remember he's not a Patriot. Go to Bucsfans.com and take the rest of the single-player fans with you. It's okay that Brady's the best ya ever had, you still dont kick the 2021 team out of bed for eating crackers.

I see it more like my favorite neighbor kicked his ex out of the house and now both that ex and his new fling are providing me with entertainment.

The ex, obviously, was the best. Would do anything for a climatic victory. The new fling? Pretty good but needs to learn a few more tricks.

Instead of lurking outside a mens room in a bar, can it be hiding inside a closet in a bedroom?

Gronk JPP and Bernard being out is pretty significant, they do get Brown back though.
Starting to like the matchup more and more but still going to be very tough to pull out a win.

I loathe these relationship comparisons. No one is married to their sports teams or players. We are fans which stands for fanatic. People are more than capable of rooting for their local team while also rooting for their favorite players. There is no cheating or infidelity in such relationships given there is no personal relationship just an appreciation for excellence on display on the football field.
Too soon?

I kid because I love I didn't know it was a whole genre. thought I was being clever. In my defense, you better tell everybody who wrote a story about Brady breaking our hearts, and possibly the guy who wrote Ted 2.

Tony I love you man but I'm lost in this metaphor. Does "providing me with entertainment" mean "doing me"? Who's the neighbor? Is anybody's Kraft's masseuse? Just wtf man lol

Yes, yes it can. I hear.

Okay I get it now, you can root for both of em.

YOU...clever?

BTW, I signed up for a Tom-Comes-Back-N-Kicks-Our-Butt score. I just want to be wrong

Except for the last line, this is kind of how I feel. I hate all this nonsense and I hate seeing Brady on the other side.
I understand but he did quit and left town for a better team that allowed him to coach and make coaching decisions. Would you agree with this statement!

Statically iirc the Saints have given up less yards on the ground... Both are stingy though, which was the thought behind the post
Everyone underestimates the Saints this year. They act like "Brees gone, team dead."

Brees sucked last year (second half). Winston is a really good QB EXCEPT when he's turning the ball over, which he will, a lot. So if you don't get picks against Winston, he can run an offense and kill you. I don't know if they make the playoffs in the NFC (I could see two wildcard teams coming out of the West, easily), but they're a well-coached, tough crew.

I thought the Pats would beat them at home, but the Saints came in pumped up, clearly, and the Pats were flat. Anyone sleeping on that team is going to get beat.

Saints toyed with the Packers in week 1. I said at the time that week 3 game was not a gimme and it wasn’t. Winston was only 13-21 128 yards but the Pats played as sloppy a game as they’ve played under BB and that gets you beat a lot.

The Saints might win 7-8 games this year. Winston is not close to a good QB.
